Adam grew up surrounded by farming culture and community. He started disassembling barns in 2004 to find fresh use for the valuable wood. In 2009 he began AG Designs with this goal in mind. Adam is passionate about transforming aged material into new modern flooring and furniture you’ll be proud to display in your home.

Mark Parrish
Mark is the head cabinet maker at AG Designs. He is laser-focused in the wood shop but is no stranger to a good laugh. With an education in Architectural Millwork and cabinet making, he has over 27 years of experience to bring to new innovative design and construction. He loves challenging and unique projects that allow him to use his skills to the fullest.

Ty Hardy
Ty has been a part of the AG team since 2019. He received his education at Canadore college and after a few years in the industry has found a niche with the crew here. You are guaranteed to see smiles and hear laughter from the crew when Ty is around. Feature walls made of reclaimed boards have become one of his favorite projects but what he values most is the high standards and cohesion of his workmates.
Kaitlyn Bowie
Andrew, Justin and Adam bring with them countless years of custom build experience. These three are professional, courteous and detail oriented with everything they do. After years working on custom home builds, this crew found its way to AG Designs, and we sure are glad they did.
Amy Harris

Amy is the owner of Interiors by AG and our Principal Designer. She studied Interior Design at Fanshawe College and has over 10 years of experience working on both residential and commercial projects. She’s full of creativity, always bubbling with energy, and brings sunshine wherever she goes. As the leader of our team, Amy guides every project from start to finish making sure each space is thoughtfully designed and beautifully brought to life.

Sarah is a talented Interior Designer with over 5 years of experience and a degree from Georgian College. She brings a detail-oriented and thoughtful approach to every project, and keeps our team running smoothly with her expert organizational skills especially when it comes to systems and spreadsheets. Her dry humor and subtle sarcasm always bring a smile, adding a fun and lighthearted touch to our day-to-day.

Meet Kelly, an accomplished Interior Designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Ryerson University. Certified by both ARIDO and NCIDQ, she brings extensive skills and expertise to every project. Detail-oriented and highly talented, Kelly combines a sharp eye for design with strong technical knowledge to create exceptional spaces that consistently exceed our clients’ expectations.
Maeve Mottram
MARKETING DIRECTOR | DECORATOR
Maeve is our Marketing Director, Interior Decorator, and in-house Photographer. A graduate of Georgian College with a diploma in Interior Decorating, she blends her passion for design with a sharp eye for aesthetics. Maeve leads our marketing and branding efforts, capturing our projects through beautiful interior photography & decor and crafting engaging content that brings each space to life—online and off.

Meet Axel, project manager and official business man of AG Designs. He's as sweet as he is handsome and frankly a team is only as strong as their mascot. Axel loves to ride around in the truck and check in on progress. You can find him occasionally on the job site or in the shop having a snooze as we work away.
